Does it come with the hose or holder?
Our shower head does not come with the hose or holder at this moment.
We will be launching our own hose and holder soon but any regular hose or holder (or current one that you are using), should fit with our shower head. -
How often should I change the filters?
We do recommend changing the cotton filter every 2-3 months(vary by water quality in your city).
And for the ceramic balls, change once a year. (coming soon!) -
Does the plate in the shower head rust after long term use and does the brown on the filter compromise the water while running through it
Our plate in the shower head made with stainless steel. It will not get rust but you have clean regularly to prevent molds. Also, we recommend to change the filter every 2 to 3 months as the color changes.

My only complaint? It’s just the head! Otherwise best shower head ever!
Can't wait to use it. Currently wrapped under the tree, from my sweet hubby. I'm sure it is going to wonderful, as I've seen them everywhere on the web.
I thought it could be hard for me to install this but it was really easy lol all I need was a shower hose that you can get it from anywhere so cheap and all you need to do is just screw! I do not know nothing about showerhead but even I did it my self to install haha so proud! Also, of course, I LOVE THIS SHOUWERHEAD !!!
There are 3 mode you can set. The water prssure is so strong on all of them but massage mode is the strongest one and this is amazing! I did not know the water pressure can get this high! I am just shook!! Everything like quality, shipping, etc.. made me so happy!! Thank you!!!
